Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure all personal data is wiped from the device, and pack it securely in its original packaging including all accessories, cables, and manuals.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
